L & H Guarantee

 

We guarantee that your tree will arrive in healthy, living condition.

If your tree does not arrive alive or is otherwise damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. This does not include natural disasters that occurred during transit or after delivery.  Our Guarantee is valid for 10 days from the time of delivery.

An L & H Tree Nurseries store credit for the equal amount of the product(s) in question will be issued back to the purchaser if the complaint is valid. The validity of the complaint will be determined by L&H Tree Nurseries personnel.

We ask that, for any damaged or unhealthy tree delivery, that a picture and description of the issue be provided.  We may ask that the tree be shipped back to L & H Tree Nurseries for inspection.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: L & H Tree Nurseries in the same or similar box that it was originally shipped.  The purchaser will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the tree. Upon inspection, shipping costs will be refunded if the tree was deemed to be damaged, dead, or of poor quality when originally shipped.
